Salmon with Topping

This recipe can be prepared ahead and stored refrigerated before baking."


Enough bread to make 4 cups of crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1/2 small onion
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
juice of 1 lemon
8 Salmon fillets
Watercress or Parsley for garnish
Lemon slices for serving


Preheat oven to 350F. Coarsely crush bread in Processor. Remove to bowl. Chop onion finely in Processor. Add to bowl with rest of ingredients; stir to combine. Divide mixture onto top of Salmon fillets. Bake in 350F oven for 30 minutes. Garnish and serve with lemon slices.
