Ingredients

1 lb of ground beef
1 small onion, minced
1 egg
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 c bread crumbs
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Dash Worcestershire

Instructions

While the burger patties are cooking you can start your favorite gravy, I use brown. You can also add a small can of mushrooms or a few fresh ones, and another onion sliced how ever you please for baking together in the oven. Mix the following ingredients together and form hamburger patties. Cook these on the stove or grill till only a little pink in showing. Mix up your favorite gravy, enough to cover the patties in dish for baking. Layer the patties first, then the onions, mushrooms, and gravy. You’ll have your family asking for more!
