Crock Pot Island Chicken Chili

Super easy and delicious version of chili. Good for both winter and warmer months."


3 Lbs. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast; cut into thin, two-inch strips
1/ 15oz Can Tomato Sauce - No sugar added
2/ 15oz Cans Eden Organic Chili Beans w/ jalapeno
1 Ripe Mango, peeled and chopped
5 Cloves Garlic, chopped
5 Whole Bay Leaves
2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1/4 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp. Ground Clove
Pinch Cumin


Combine all ingredients in crock pot, cook on high 3 hours, reduce to low setting and cook for additional 2 hours.
Tastes better the next day!
