Oriental Ginger Wraps

These are great as meal or leave out the tortilla and make it a salad. It is so good!"

Ingredients

chicken marinade
1lb chicken
¼ cup teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp crushed garlic

Slaw mix
10 or 16 oz of Cole slaw mix
3 tbsp of oil
garlic
3 tbsp vinegar (white or cider)
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp of chopped jalapenos
2 tsp minced ginger
2 tsp teriyaki
1 small can on mandarin oranges
1/4 cup of crispy chow mein noodles

1 bag of minute rice


Instructions

Mix 1lb chicken sliced or cubed, ¼ cup teriyaki sauce, 2 tbsp orange juice, 2 tbsp crushed garlic. Combine in bowl and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
Mix 10 or 16 oz of Cole slaw mix, 3 tbsp of oil, 3 tbsp vinegar (white or cider), 2 tsp sugar, 2 tsp of chopped jalapenos, 2 tsp minced ginger, 2 tsp teriyaki. Mix sauce, add Cole slaw and mix well.
Sauté chicken and cook white rice.
Assemble tortilla: little chicken, some slaw, some rice.
Roll like a burrito
