Ingredients
1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream
1 pint Lime Sherbet
Juice of 1 Lime
1 Avocado, peeled and chopped
Blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries, if desired.
Instructions
Mix together the ice cream and sherbet until creamy. Add the lime juice and the Avocado and again mix until creamy. Pour liquid into a freezer container, and freeze for up to four hours, or until solid. Serve with fresh berries, if desired.
