Beef Stroganoff

Sirloin tip in a creamy mushroom sauce with noodles."


1-11/2 lbs beef sirloin tip
2 Tbsp cooking oil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. season all
1/2 - 1 cup wine
8 oz. sour cream
1 can GOLDEN (Campbell's) mushroom soup
1/2 sweet onion chopped
1 pkg. Mrs. Reames frozen noodles (family size)


Cut sirloin into thin strips, place in pan with oil, with chopped onion, add seasonings and stir fry until tender. When tender add wine, mushroom soup and sour cream. While letting this simmer; make noodles according to directions. When noodles are done, add to mixture and add salt and pepper to taste. Let cook another 10 - 15 min. on low. Serve with your favorite vegetable. You can add extra mushrooms if you like.
