Moms Crab CakesUser Submitted Recipe
4 or 5 Slices of Bread. (cut off crusts)
1 lb Crab Meat
1 Pinch Dry Mustard
1 Can Celery Soup
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients Together. Take a Tablespoon of mixture and make a patty out of it. Dip into bread crumbs and fry in hot oil slowly until golden brown. (DON"T BURN) Drain. Serve Hot with Tarter Sauce, Cole Slaw and French Fries.
