A simple meal made from ground beef that seems like you cooked all day, and will feel like putting out the fine china and candles to eat."
Ingredients
Salisbury Superb
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg (beaten)
2 jars beef mushroom gravy
6 to 9 slices of bacon
Gravy
1/3 cup water
1/4 burgundy wine (can use cooking wine)
1/4 tsp marjoram
Instructions
Fry bacon & set aside
Mix beef, bread crumbs, egg & 1/3 jar gravy
Form into patties sprinkle with garlic powder
Fry in bacon grease until brown
Place in a 13x9 pan
Mix remaining gravy, water, wine & marjoram
Pour over patties
Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes
Serve over wide egg noodles
