Speedy Spaghetti Sauce

Fast, simple sauce you can eat with or without meat."

Ingredients

olive oil
chopped garlic
half of 1 lb bag of frozen vegetable mix of peppers and onions (can use fresh instead)
1 can(14.5 oz) crushed tomato
1 small can(8 oz) tomato sauce
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp each:
oregano
basil
thyme
rosemary


Instructions

Sauté garlic in skillet with olive oil. Add onions and peppers; Sauté until cooked through. Stir in tomato and tomato sauce. Add bay leaf and spices. Simmer while you prepare your pasta at least 15 minutes for spices to work in.
Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
You can add in meat if desired. I like to add frozen meatballs, cooking time will be longer.
