Sauerkraut Casserole

Farm girl’s lasagna "

Ingredients

1 bag of Sauerkraut
1 lb of ground sausage
2 eggs
1 c of mayonnaise
1 c cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 bag of shredded Colby Monterey jack cheese


Instructions

Drain Sauerkraut by clipping the corner of bag and release juice
Fry up the ground sausage
In separate mixing bowl mix, sauerkraut, sausage, eggs, cottage cheese, sour cream and 1/2 bag of cheese. Mix all together.
Place in glass baking dish
Add remaining cheese to the top of casserole and bake on 350 degree for 45 min.
