French Dressing London Broil
User Submitted Recipe
“
The marinade makes this cut of beef so very tender and flavorful. Everyone who has had it loves it and asks for it time and time again! "
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup French dressing
1 tbs Worcestershire
1-2 tbs Franks Hot Sauce
Ground Pepper
1 tbs Garlic powder
London Broil
Instructions
Mix all ingredients. Place meat in a baking dish and pour marinade over it. I sometimes use a fork to pierce the meat slightly so it marinates deeper. Marinate 4 hours to overnight. The longer the more flavorful. Grill on the top rack over medium heat turning the steak after five minutes on each side to keep it from charring; The french dressing caramelizes. When cooked to your liking take off the grill and rest for a few minutes covered with foil. Slice very thinly against the grain--this is key to the tenderness!
