Creamed TacosUser Submitted Recipe
2 lbs ground chuck
1 can Rotel
1 can Chilies w/beans
1 pt whipping cream
1lb Velveeta cheese
Jalapeno peppers (optional)
Brown meat and drain, stir in Rotel, chilies, whipping cream, and Velveeta cheese. Simmer until thick (I use a slow cooker) Cook for 2-3 hours in slow cooker.
Serve over ships and top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, onion, and taco sauce.
