4 Tbsp. kosher salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh crushed garlic
2 cups sunflower oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
6 small chilies
2 tsp. Paprika
4-6 Boneless Chicken Breasts
Add above ingredients into blender and blend well.
Prepare chicken breasts using a fork to pierce chicken so marinade will be absorbed into flesh. Rub each breast with lemon juice and leave for 30 minutes.
Place in Ziploc Bag and soak chicken in above marinade 2-4 hours.
Grill over medium heat 45 minutes.
