Fettucini Alfredo with Clams & mushrooms

A rich creamy alfredo sauce made with clams, mushrooms and fresh parmesan."


1 pt whipping cream
1/2 stick real butter (not margarine)
dash salt
dash pepper
dash parsley
1/4 C. clams (cooked & drained)
1/2 C. sliced fresh mushrooms
Small Package of Egg or Spinach Fettucini Noodles


Place all ingredients in a skillet and cook on med high until the sauce boils down to a thick bubbly creamy sauce. this will only take apprx 7 min. Have the noodles already cooking when you start the sauce.
Drain the noodles.
Add 1/2C. fresh parmesan and the noodles to the skillet. toss well with tongs. Serve Immediately.
