Stuffed Pork Chops Great Fall Dish

Ingredients
2 Pork chops, on the bone
3 stalks celery
1 small onion
1 jar apple sauce
Salt
2 green apples
Pepper
Garlic powder
Croutons
Curry powder
Instructions
Slice a pocket into each pork chop. Season w/ salt and pepper on both sides. Set aside.
Chop celery onions and apples into bite size pieces.
Sauté all ingredients in vegetable oil till soft. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add 1-2 tsp of curry powder. Remove from heat.
Add 1 cup of croutons and half a jar of apple sauce and stir together. Use remaining apple sauce to coat the chops and stuff mixture into pockets. Add any left over mixture to top of chops.
Place into a greased oven safe dish and cook for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Enjoy a great fall dish
