Honey Mustard Salmon

Ingredients

1 & 1/2 lbs. salmon
6 tablespoons spicy mustard
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1/2 cup petit capers
1/2 lemon


Instructions

Blend mustard, honey, and butter together slightly
In a small sauce pan add blended mixture and capers, stir and heat
Just boil, then simmer 1 minute
Squeeze lemon over fish
Pour mixture over fish
Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes
