2lb Boneless Chicken Breasts
6 Burrito Tortillas
2cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1can Enchilada Sauce
8oz Sour Cream
1pkt Taco Seasoning
Boil chicken until done, remove from heat and shred manually.
Place shredded chicken in large bowl and mix in 1cup Cheese, 1/2 can Enchilada Sauce, Taco Seasoning, and 6oz Sour Cream. Mix all ingredients together and fill 6 Burrito shells, folding ends and rolling to avoid falling apart. Place in large pyrex dish, pour remaining Enchilada Sauce on top, and 1cup Shredded Cheese. Place in oven on 350degrees until cheese is melted and burritos are warmed completely. Remove and serve, using remaining sour cream as extra topping.
