Crab Imperial

This Crab Imperial easily doubles or triples for several couples. You don't need a lot because of its richness. "


1 lb. crab meat (The nicer the crab meat the better the taste and richness)
4 heaping T mayonnaise
3 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T dried onion flakes (dried onion soup mix has great flakes)
large egg
1 T old bay seasoning
1 t lemon pepper
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 T melted butter
parmesan cheese and paprika


Clean the crab meat of any shells and rinse and dry well
Mix all ingredients together/ carefully so you don't break the crab meat up too much
Spray two 2" to 3" ramekins with oil
Evenly distribute crab mixture into ramekins
Sprinkle tops with paprika and parmesan cheese
Bake: 375* for 30- 40 minutes/ until golden brown on top
