Cabbage Burger

Cabbage & ground beef in a bun"

Ingredients

3# Cabbage cut into small strips
3# Ground Beef
3 Loaves Frozen Italian Bread Dough
1 Medium Onion diced
Salt, Pepper & Fennel Seed to Taste


Instructions

Cook cabbage on low heat until done.
Brown Ground Beef with onion, salt, pepper & fennel seed.
Drain ground beef when cooked.
Mix ground beef & cabbage.
Tear off dough in portions large enough to roll flat & hold a hand full of the beef & cabbage mixture. Fold the dough over on itself to seal mixture inside.
Bake at temperature on dough package for about 15 minutes. Then check every few minuites until dough is cooked.
Serve warm
