Rick's Grilled Stuffed LobsterUser Submitted Recipe
1, 1/12/lb. lobster
1 bag of seasoned stuffing. Medium size.
1 lb. of real butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 Onion, chopped fine
Lobster Roe (Insides of lobster)add in mixture.
Lobster meat from boiled lobster.
Water. Depending on wetness preference. 1 to 1 1/2 cups.
1 roll heavy aluminum foil.

Mix all of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. making sure that the lobster meat is chopped in chunks.Set aside.
Take 4 to six lobsters (live). split down the middle (use a sharp knife).Place stuffing portion in cavity of Lobster. When this is done, wrape each lobster in heavy aluminum foil. Turn up each end.
Place on medium, pre- heated grill for 12 minutes each side. Flip each lobster over after 12 minutes. (If lobsters are larger than 1 1/2 lbs. leave on the grill for 5 more minutes. To check if done, peal back aluminum of 1 lobster. Stuffing should be cooked (slightly brown).
