Roast Beef Au Jus

Wonderful and easy to prepare, this beef au jus sandwich recipe is tender, juicy and delicious on crusty Italian rolls.



4 pound boneless chuck roast
1 can beef broth
1 can water
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 pkg. Good Season Italian dressing mix
1 pkg. Au Jus mix (found by the gravy mixes)


Put all in the crock pot for 12-15 hours on low. Shred and return the meat to the juices. (I cooked mine for 15 hours.)
