Stacey's Pork Chops

Thick cut pork chops, cooked till they fall off the bone. Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans."

Ingredients

4 1 1/2 inch bone in pork chops
2 med vidalia onions, sliced thinly.
1 - 2 boxes low sodium chicken broth
salt and pepper
white wine


Instructions

In a large heavy skillet put about 2 Tbls olive oil. Brown chops on both sides. Add onions and saute for about 5 mins. Pour in about a 1/2 cup white wine. Add chicken broth (as needed), cover and keep over medium heat (simmer) for at least 45 mins. After 45 mins, uncover and let the broth thicken.
