Chicken Hariyali
INGREDIENTS
1 package chicken cut into small pieces
2 medium sized onions, sliced
2 tbsp Tomato puree
3 Cloves
1 pod, cardamom
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
2-3 shallots
1 tsp chili powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp pepper
1 cup parsley
Salt to taste
2-3 tbsp oil/butter
Instructions
Wash and drain chicken pieces
Sauté onion in oil/butter until it turns golden brown.
With Cuisinart Stand Mixer, Grind the sautéed onion along with all the other ingredients into a smooth paste.
Pressure cook/ slow cook chicken with the ground paste.
Serve with Indian flat bread or rice.
