Steak Stroganoff

A hearty entree all in one meal that can be served with salad and/or bread."

Ingredients

4-6 6oz Steak (ribeye or sirloin)
8-10 Lg Potatoes
1 LB fresh mushrooms
24 oz sour cream
salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1.You need to marinate steak with spices of choice
2.Coat steak with a mixture of flour add salt & pepper to taste. Brown meat in large skillet; pour off fat
3.Put mushrooms in with steak cook 5-10 min. Set aside
4.Peel and slice potatoes place in large boiling pot filled 3/4 with water
5.Boil potatoes until soft when poked with fork
6.pour in steak & mushroom mixture
7.Add 24 oz. of sour cream then stir until mixed in. Place lid on pot, reduce heat to low then let simmer for 30min. (My family thinks it best in bowls to enjoy the yummy juice.)
