Fruity and Nutritious Salmon


Super Quick and Easy
This dish is very easy to adjust to the number of portions. Prep time is less than the time it takes to cook the salmon! It is interesting and so easy to make."

Ingredients

Salmon
Blueberries
Goat Cheese
Pecans


Instructions

Using your Cuisinart, roughly chop pecans. Then grill the salmon in a medium sized skillet. Warm up the blueberries in a saucepan until some pop, but not all of them are popped. Top the portion of salmon with approx. 2 tablespoons warmed goat cheese {warmed in oven}. Sprinkle with approx. 1 tablespoon of the pecans.
