1 whole chicken cut-up small
3 tbsp veg oil
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 Tbsp garlic crushed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
tomatoes 4
1tbsp freshley ground coriander
1 tsp gram masala
for garnish thin sliced ginger and cilantro and green chillies


Wash you chicken first, then heat your pan and add oil and chicken. Stir chicken until it changes color and no water left in chicken then add black pepper and salt--stir for a couple of minutes. Add red chilli powder, coriander and let the chicken get tender. Put your stove on medium low heat for 10 minutes to simmer. After the chicken gets tender add tomatoes. Cut tomatoes into small pieces and let it melt down in your chicken and then put your stove on mediam high to sauté it well. When you see all the tomatoes water is gone, and the chicken looks done take it out from the pan. Put into the serving dish and garnish with garam masala, cilantro and ginger.
Serve it with white rice or naan.
