Grilled Turkey Rueben

This warm toasted version of the classic Rueben uses turkey instead of pastrami with layers of lively ingredients."


8 slices marbled rye, pumpernickel or rye bread
3/4 pound thinly sliced deli turkey
4 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 C sauerkraut
Thousand Island Dressing


Heat Cuisinart Griddler to 400 degrees.

Spread inside of bread with 1 Tbsp Thousand Island dressing each side.

Assemble sandwiches layering turkey, kraut, topping with cheese.

Grill 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
