Spicy Pork Chow Mein


t tablespoon oil
1 lb ground pork
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp pepper
5 large carrots sliced thinly
3 celery stalk sliced thinly
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp garlic
1 - 8 oz can bean sprouts
1 - 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts
1/4 cup cornstarch or flour
1/2 cup water


Brown pork in pan with oil.

Place in crockpot with all ingredients besides cornstarch and water. Cook on low for 6 hours.

1/2 hour before serving, mix cornstarch/flour in water. Pour content in crockpot to thicken chow mien.

Add extra red pepper flakes for more spice.
