Thai stir fry pork
Thailand stir fry spicy pork w/Thai basil"

Ingredients

2lbs ground pork or chicken
1 large handful fresh Thai basil
2 cup long bean (cut in half)
½ cup green bell pepper (slice up)
½ cup red bell pepper (slice up) thick or thin however you like it
1/3 cup onion
6 cloves garlic (mince)
5 Thai red chili pepper (slice in half) (you can add more or less)
2 tablespoon oil
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon msg
3 tablespoons seasoned soy sauce
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
1 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon fish sauce


Instructions

Add oil, garlic and red chili pepper to sauce pan and sauté them on medium heat for 2min.
Add ground pork, msg, sugar and cook until the pork is medium done. Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and fish sauce. Stir for 2min and add long bean, bell pepper, onion and stir until the vegetables is cooked. Test taste and add more fish sauce to your desire. Add Thai basil and stir and turn off heat.

Served on top of hot jasmine rice and a sunny side down eggs
