Golden Beefcubes

This is one dish that you can cook while you are busy with other things around the house. It's well worth the wait!
You can serve these beef cubes with mashed potatoes or over cooked rice, it's very satisfying either way."


2 lb. mini beef cubes
1 tbsp. canola oil
2 cans (10-1/2 oz.) Golden Mushroom Soup


In a medium size frying pan, cook the beef cubes in the canola oil until done and browned evenly. Remove to a paper towel lined plate to drain and remove any grease.

Set a slow cooker/crock pot at 300 degrees or medium setting. Open the golden mushroom soup and place in the cooker, rinsing out each can with about a half can of water and adding it to the pot.

Whisk together until a to remove some lumps and add the beef cubes.

Cover and let cook for 4 to 5 hours stirring once or twice.
