Chocolate cake with Peanut Butter icing

A mild chocolate cake with creamy peanut butter icing."

Ingredients

Chocolate cake

3 cups flour
2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp vinegar
2 cups cold water

Icing
3 cups powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1-1/2 tbs softened butter
1/2 cup softened cream cheese
4 tbs hot water


Instructions

Cake

Preheat oven to 350, lightly grease a 9X13 pan. Mix all ingredients and bake for 25-30 minutes


Icing

Mix together and whip on high, frost cake when cool
