Cafe Lautrec Bread PuddingUser Submitted Recipe
1 loaf Raisin Bread
6 cups Milk
1 cup Sugar
1 stick melted butter
1 TSP Vanilla
1 TSP Cinnamon
4 sticks melted butter
1 box powdered sugar
4 eggs (beat)
2/3 cups Whiskey
Fill 2 9" pans with diced raisin bread loaf. Add mixture of milk, sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla and cinnamon. Top off both pans cook for 1 1/2 hours at 350
On stove, melt butter, mix in powdered sugar. Beat 4 eggs and slowly mix into mixture. Cool down and add whiskey.
Pour whiskey sauce over serving size of bread pudding and heat and enjoy!!!
