Ingredients

2-big bags of white chocolate chips
1 tabls. vanilla
1/2 dash of grated nutmeg
1 bag of Sun-Maid® dried cranberries
nuts (opt)

Instructions

In a double boiler put the white chips(do not boil the water) keep the water at gentle almost boil. The chips need to melt slowly, keep the stirring to a minimal. When chips are almost done add the vannila cranberries nuts and the nutmeg.
Pour this mixture into a sheet pan lined with wax or parchment paper.
Put in the fridg. When firm (about 3Hrs.) Break up Enjoy!
Note: can use regular or dark chocolate & dried cherries nuts or whatever you like in your chocolate.
