Grama Nelson' Rice PuddingUser Submitted Recipe
2 cups Minute Rice or 1 cup Par Boiled Rice
3 beaten eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
Cook your rice according to the package. Drain off the water on the rice when it is finished cooking if you use Par Boiled rice.
Cover your rice with milk, then add sugar to your taste, as sweet as you like it.
Bring to a almost boil.
Beat 3 eggs, then take some of the heated milk and mix with the beaten eggs, then pour back into the milk mixture, cook until thickened.
Add 1 tsp vanilla.
Pour into dessert cups, add cream and Cinnamon sugar.
