Chocolate Sour Cream Cupcakes

Chocolatey moist sour cream cupcakes can be topped with your favorite frosting!"


3/4 Cup veg oil
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
1 Cup light brown sugar
1/2 Cup sugar
2 sq semisweet choc
2 Cups flour
2/3 Cup cocoa
1 Tbsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 Cup warm water
1 Cup sour cream;


Beat oil, egg, vanilla for 1 minute on med speed
Add sugars and beat 1 minute
Add melted choc squares and beat 1 minute
Combine remaining dry ingredients and add to chocolate mixture alternately with the water
Beat well after each addition
Add sour cream and beat well
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes depending on your oven
