1 prepared graham cracker crust pie shell
1/2 cup key lime juice
1 can condensed milk
4 large egg yolks
1 Tbsp grated key lime zest
In a medium bowl, gently whisk together condensed milk, egg yolks, key lime juice and zest. Pour into the pie shell.
Bake until the center is set (15-17 minutes or until the center is set but still quivers when the pan is nudged). Let cool and frost with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
