Jeanne's Coconut Pie

This pie takes minutes to make and tastes and smells like you spent all day in the kitchen. "


2-cups milk
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick mix
4 eggs
1/4 cup margarine
1 & 1/2tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cups Baker's coconut
1- reserve cup of coconut


Combine all ingredients in electric blender. (Except the reserve 1-cup of coconut)
Blend on low for 3-minutes.
Pour into a greased 10-inch pie plate.
Let stand for 5 minutes, then sprinkle the reserve cup of coconut on top.
Bake in oven-350° 40 minutes until top slightly browns.
Refrigerate & serve.
