Chocolate Mousse BrownieUser Submitted Recipe
Your favorite Brownie recipe
1 large box Chocolate Instant Pudding
3 cups whipping cream
1 large container Chocolate Cool Whip
Chocolate curls or Fudge ice cream sauce (optional)
Preheat oven to 325' and grease (very well) a flan pan.
Prepare you brownie mix and pour into the flan pan. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
Whip together the pudding and whipping cream about 3 minutes or until thick peaks form.
Take the brownie out of the oven and immediately take out of the pan and cool on the serving dish. As soon as the Brownie is cool, fill the well of the "brownie flan" with the mousse, mounding in the center.
Cover with cool whip and garnish with the chocolate curls or drizzle chocolate syrup.
Serve in smaller pieces with a tall glass of milk or hot coffee.
