Super Bowl Peach CakeUser Submitted Recipe
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup coconut
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 29 oz. can sliced peaches, drained
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry cake mix and coconut. Cut butter into cake mix/coconut mixture until crumbly. Pat lightly into a 13x9" cake pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Arrange fruit on the baked, warm crust and sprinkle with the sugar/cinnamon mixture. In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream and egg, mixing both together. Drizzle over the peaches. Bake an additional 25 minutes.
