appleberry delight
“ Baked pink lady apple stuffed with blackberries and blue cheese."

Ingredients

1-pink lady apple cored
6-black Berry's
2 oz. Blue cheese


Instructions

Core and wash 1 pink lady apple
Stuff blackberries into apple
Place blue cheese on top
Place in Pyrex glass dish and cover
Put into pre heated 350 degree oven
until apples are soft 20 to 30 minutes
Serve with vanilla ice cream
