Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream


Pudding recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2c. Milk
3 c. Heavy whipping cream
1 pkg. pumpkin spice pudding
1/2 c. Sugar
1 c. Broken vanilla wafers


Instructions

Combine pudding, sugar and milk until sugar is dissolved. Add in cream and mix well. Pour into Cuisinart Ice Cream maker and process for 25 min. Add broken wafers and continue processing approximate 3 min. more. Turn into 2 qt. freezer container. Allow to harden at least 2 hr.
