Ingredients

1 box angel food cake mix
1 8 oz can pineapple tidbits,drained
1 c unsweetened coconut flakes
1 6 oz can mandarin orange, drained
1 c pecans, chopped (optional)
16 oz non dairy whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350F
in mixing bowl, add cake mix, fruits, coconut & nuts
stir until cake mix is completely moistened
spray 13 x 9 pan with pan spray
pour cake into pan
bake 35-40 min until golden brown and passes toothpick test.
cool completely
serve with whipped topping
