Cook well and see to it that it shouldn't burn due to maximum heating temperature. It's very tasty."


2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup maida flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
half teaspoon soda bi-carbonate
half tin (200gms)condensed milk
half cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence


Sift cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and soda.
Combine all ingredients together with half cup (100ml) of water in a bowl and mix well using a whisk.
Pour this mixture into greased 150mm (6") diameter baking tin.
Baking in a pre-heated oven 180 degree celsius or 20 mins or till knife inserted into the cake comes out clean.
Unmold and cool on a wire rock.
Decorate with chocolate icing.
Cut into 1" squares and serve or use as required.
