Ingredients

2 pints strawberries
1 pint blackberries
1 pint raspberries sugar to sprinkle (optional, coconut flakes, chocolate chunks, granola, frozen yogurt, or any other toppings)

Instructions

Prepare strawberries and cut them into fourths. Mix all berries together. Cut 6 x 6 squares of parchment paper and aluminum foil with the tin foil on the bottom. Put berries in the middle of the square and sprinkle with sugar. Twist packet up and place on hot grill for about 6 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with toppings of your choice. Can be eaten out of the packet or spooned over ice cream or frozen yogurt.
