Key Lime Cake

Ingredients

1 box Lemon cake mix
1 6 oz. pkg. lime Jell-O mix
¾ cup orange juice
5 eggs
1 1/3 cup oil

Icing:
½ cup margarine
1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1 box, (16 oz) confectioners sugar
1 box Lemon cake mix

½ cup margarine
1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1 box, (16 oz) confectioners sugar
Chopped pecans, optional


Instructions

Mix cake mix and Jell-O mix. Add orange juice and mix thoroughly. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add oil and stir in thoroughly. Grease and flour 3 9 inch round pans or a 9”x13” pan. Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes or until done. Let layers cool before icing.
For icing: mix margarine, cream cheese and sugar thoroughly. Spread icing on each layer and sides. Top with pecans.
