Chocolate peanut butter log


1 stick margarine softened
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
3 Tbsp milk
Peanut butter


Margarine at room temperature blend in powdered sugar, milk & cocoa.

Dust counter or cutting board with powdered sugar. Roll mixture flat jelly roll style. Spread peanut butter being careful not to get near edges. Roll as you would jelly roll cake. Wrap in foil and refrigerate until needed Slice one inch pieces. Enjoy!
