Ingredients

About 6 granny smiths + tossed oj bath so wouldn't turn [maybe about 2 cups total mixed comprised of 1/2c water + the rest oj]
1t vanilla
about 1/4c oil [canola]
-maybe 1/4c sugar
a couple cups of self rise flour [add a bit more if batter is thin less if thick ]

mix well spoon into sprayed loaf pan

bake til golden- about an hr 325*
