Ingredients

3 Sticks Butter or Margarine
1 cup Water
10 T Cocoa
2 cups Granulated Sugar
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 t Salt
2 Eggs Beaten
1 t Baking Soda
2 t Vanilla
1/2 cup Sour Cream
6 T Milk
1 Box 10x (Confectioners) Sugar
1 c Nuts - Optional

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350

In large saucepan on stove bring:
2 Sticks butter or margarine
1 Cup water
4 T cocoa

To a boil, remove from heat and add:
2 Cups granulated sugar
2 Cups all purpose flour
1/2 t Salt

Mix well. Add to this:
2 Eggs – beaten
1 t Baking soda
1 t Vanilla
1/2 Cup sour cream

Mix well. Pour into 11 x 17 jelly roll pan (cookie sheet with a lip). Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven.

In large saucepan on stove bring:
1 Stick butter or margarine
6 T Cocoa
6 T Milk

to a boil, turn off heat and add:
1 Box (lb) 10X (confectioners) sugar
1 t vanilla
1 Cup nuts (OPTIONAL)

Beat well and pour over cake while hot (just a few minutes out of the oven …………………. ENJOY !!!
