Pumpkin Squares

Yummy pumpkin squares, gluten free"

Ingredients

Squares
1 2/3 C sugar
1 C oil(I use vegetable)
1 Can of pumpkin
2 C Better Batter gluten free flour mix(or 2 cups regular all purpose flour)
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon

Frosting
1/2 C butter
8 oz cream cheese
3 C confectionery sugar


Instructions

Mix well the first three ingredients sugar, oil, pumpkin.
In another bowl mix the rest flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. Slowly add in flour mixture to liquid mixture until all blended.Pour in to cookie sheet with sides that is greased and floured. Cook at 350 for 25-30 min depending on your stove. While cooking, make frosting. When squares are cooled, add frosting to the top.
