We live in a small town, even with costumes we know who is behind the masks! I make this recipe every year for the trick or treaters, then give them an option of candy. I can usually hear the mom's in the car saying, "Take the popcorn ball!" They are delicious!"
Ingredients
Popcorn
Gallon sized bowl of popped corn
2 sticks Butter
1 1/3 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Karo Syrup
1/2 cup Honey
1 tsp.Vanilla
Instructions
In a deep pan cook sugar, butter, karo, and honey over high to a full boil. Boil until the mixture starts to "puff", then cook one minute more. Add vanilla (carefully, for it will boil up). Pour over popped corn, stirring to distribute well. When cooled for a few minutes you can make popcorn balls, or just leave in the pan and pull apart.
